    bulk or cut for teen

    Hey guys so I'm 185 pounds and I'm about 22% body fat. I'm about 5 "11 and I have a 41"chest a 44" shoulder circumference but I have 14" arms. If I cut I would have no size in my arms. So my question is that since I am a teen is it possible to lean bulk and lose bf percentage (or at least maintain it) to build a foundation first? And what do you you recommend I do, bulk or cut? PS I work out 5 days a week and I am at calorie maintenance until I find out what to do.

    At that bf % you can just eat at maintenance and make some gains, I'd do that untill my bf gets to about 13% then just try to bulk without a huge surplus

    I think your better off to maintain, keep trying to get stronger (progressive overload) and maybe throw in some cardio 3 or so times a week.
