Skinny guy TRANSFORMATION!
Ok, well I still consider myself skinny...but anyway.
Haven't been on this forum in about 2 years, but it really helped spark my passion for bodybuilding as a teen. I'm 21 now. I just wanted to post a few pictures to show you guys what hard work and dedication can do for a physique in 4 years. My diet and lifting weren't always perfect. There were times I was traveling overseas where I basically had to take months off at a time. But as a whole, I've lived the lifestyle consistently. Done a few shows. Watched what I ate, progressed steadily in the gym.
First pic is of me at 155. Senior in HS. 17 years old.
2nd is me yesterday at 175. Just finished college. 21 years old.
Keep pushing guys! Everyone can do it.

Thanks for the props man. Long period...maybe when you start off 4 years seems like a long time. But when you truly make this a lifestyle, you realize 4 years is nothing. Not even half a decade. Then when you start competing you realize that the people winning shows have been training seriously for at least 10 sometimes 20 years...then you get a better feel for how long your progress should take.

very nicely done, good proportions and lean - upper chest is lagging a little but thats the case for 90% of teens anyway.
