I will eat these nuts as a snack and also in my protein shakes. I just need to know which are my best choice. Also some that taste good =)

anything is ok in a weight loss diet, in the long run, so long as you've created a caloric deficit at the end of the day, you should net results
150 calories of gummi worms, in the long run, is no different to the body than 150 calories of pecans
just watch your portion sizes and fit it into your macros, no specific foods are the "best", sure, cleaner foods will make you feel a bit better but they won't necessarily help accelerate fat loss/weight loss etc, it's such a short term variable in the long process that is fat loss, don't fret itEat Clean Snatch & Jerk
