What I did is I topped off the Myofusion (Chocolate) with nonfat dry milk / powdered milk and bulk leucine. The taste is just as good (if not better) than before.

If you're looking for a weight gainer (which it sounds like you are) then Real Mass is the way to go. It is absolutely delicious and works very well post-workout (that's when I use it!). However, you could always add a few cups of milk to two scoops of MyoFusion and you would still be getting quite a bit of calories. Let me know if you have any other questions.

The Myofusion is best served post workout than Real Mass IMO. Real Mass is good for like an MRP.

A weight gainer should be used in addition to ones diet already. If you're an ectomorph and bulking, more than likely your meals would be around 600-900 a piece. What's the sense in taking a weight gainer instead of a meal? It should be added on top of what you're already eating. The goal here is to take in as many calories as possible, and the added carb's, etc., make Real Mass ideal post-workout.

Good point.....I usually use mine for when im in a hurry and fix a whole meal. Not knocking Real Mass i love the stuff...just thought that post workout would be a little heavy for me.

I have tried a few of the gainers out there. And Real Mass is pretty good. It is kind of think though even when mixed with water. I like true mass flavor better, but I feel like I am getting my moneys worth for real mass. It is like really bright pink, kinda scary looking lol.

Weight gainers are usually very expensive and come with low servings. I would rather buy protein (add milk) and mix it with whole foods like bananas/oats/etc.

Take two scoops of Myofusion + 1 cup of oats + 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil, and I think you have a gainer that's less expensive than Real Mass.

Not really a good MRP. The macro balances are heavily weighted with carbs are it is designed as a source of additional liquid calories for hardgainers. Endos should consume with caution due to the high carb content.

He's actually right in his post. I guess you have some history with him prior to this post, but regardless, his info here is spot on. Myofusion is the protein base in real mass.

Yea he likes to hop in and be retarded on some threads...i knew that Real Mass is myofusion with carbs, a few fats and other things of that nature. But to me a weightgainer is a whole other animal than a protein. That's what was talking about taking post workout due to the high carbs. I'm actually considering taking like a half serving of it post workout with my Mono when i go on my next bulking cycle .

Ideally, I wouldn't take a PWO shake with fats either. They slow the digestion of amino and hydrolyzation in the small intestines.

Real Mass was designed more or less for people trying to pack in more calories. It's more like a high calorie MRP and than a PWO shake. Personally, I don't like carbs PWO even when bulking. If anything, I'll drink SizeON while training which gives a decent amount of carbs but doesn't over do it.
