You can't be Danzig... Don't bother, you will look terrible trying.
Lulz @ this thread, I wonder if there is a Meatloaf's exercise plan out there somewhere?GoRuck Challenge Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=150446113

he needs to get his old ass back in the gym again, hes been really busy with concerts and new music projects he said he doesnt find the time to work out that much anymore, he can still bench 315, but he doesnt have a routine like he used to and he says he eats lots of chocalate cake.

Whenever I looked at Danzig I always figured he had great genetics. His training doesn't seem too intense.

Danzig Workout
Danzig's workout is correct. He described it in a 1995 interview. Although he has put on some weight now, he was jacked at the time. The workout looks pretty solid...reminds me of the Body for Life program.

If you've seen pics of him when he in the Misfits, he was a stick figure looking dude. He didn't get size until 30 something when he started dat dere.
OP - If you want to look like any Misfit, Doyle is the one who's always been seriously jacked. Find his workout. You rock a piss, I'm gonna rock some Mitchell

Proof
For the record, I just knocked out the first day of this workout. By the time I was done, I was shaking so bad that I could hardly hold my water bottle still when I tried to take a drink. This routine is brutal!

Came across this and had to dig in -why cant anyone talk about Danzig without mentioning some stupid scuffle caught on tape- you'd go down too if u were pushing 60 and a 20 something 300 lb gorilla took a poke at you. Actually have met the man more then once and he's quite soft spoken and respectful to talk to but that's beside the point. Who ever said no one inspires to be an old Arnold either is right on. As far as that other dudes "workout routine" I assume it involves sitting on ass eaten Doritos and 12 oz can curls... All while listening to they're crappy brand of cheezzyass trendy jump up and down rapsh*t -core. I've done it now... im officially one of those dudes talking sh*t on the Internet. F**k me!! Guess ill go listen to some SAMHAIN- sure none o the emo kids praising said "knock-out video" have ever even heard of

I highly doubt Glenn could ever bench 300 lbs...he's a little guy and, while he used to be in great shape, he was never "massive" by any means....I bench around 290-295 now and I eclipse Glenn. Plus....no deadlifts in his workout plan? WTF! I think the Henry Rollins circa 1998-1999 workout plan is much better...dude was deadlifting 535 lbs at his height I believe. I think he had an injury in his early 40's and had to quit the heavy stuff.

I got to hang with Jerry and Doyle a couple of times when they came through town. They had Budweiser and free weights backstage for pre-show pumps. In a round about way Jerry said AAS was their key to maintaing size.
As far as the Danzig KO, his "martial art" is Jeet Kune Do, which is about as real of a martial art as Will Farrell going to "do karate in the garage." No real martial artist would get blindsided by a fat guy throwing a right handed haymaker.
