how to correct shoulder weakness compensation?

I've been having this nagging tendinitis issue in my left shoulder for over a year now. I went through PT and it didn't seem to improve the fact that it gets weak and burns really easily while working out. I stopped hitting heavy weights for over a month and returned recently to using lighter weights. However, it seems like my shoulder muscles have adapted to a different *incorrect* path of motion to compensate for the weakness. This is pronounced in exercises such as the bench press and shoulder press. Are there ways to correct the newly adapted range/path of motion of my weak shoulder?

doing the exact same thing as u would with ur right arm. stretch them the same, work them out the same. stretching more important. make sure u do everything in a correct path/range of motion. not gonna lie..i do some isometic exercises on one shoulder and not the other. i havent noticed a difference. dumbells are the best way to go to correct inbalances.

also...95% of people on the EARTH wont notice a shoulder imbalance on someone else. theyre such small muscles. just important.

some good exercises are windmills, small and large circles. rows. full range chest dumbell press.
