    Rep/Set scheme for lunges

For those of you who do lunges, what sort of rep and set scheme do you use?

I kind of just play it by ear. Today, I did something like:

    1x10 (per leg) w/ bodyweight
    1x10 w/ 15 lb DBs
    1x10 w/ 20 lb DBs
    1x10 w/ 25 lb DBs
    1x10 w/ 15 lb Dbs
    1x10 w/ BW
    1x20 w/ BW

I felt like I could just keep on doing them, so I pushed myself and kept on doing them more than I usually do. It was the last leg exercise of the day and I really love killing them over a lunges.

Also, do you all usually go use heavy weights or light weight and more reps?
But I heard you give your favorite producer

I do walking lunges with a 95 lb barbell on my back. I usually do them at the end of my workout or near the end.
    I do 4 sets of 20 steps.
The next day my ass usually hurts like a bitch.

Light weights for more reps is better for this exercise IMO. Next workout I'm going to try to push it to 24 steps.
Then 30. Then I would increase weight a bit and go for 20 steps again.
