    Question is ejaculating bad for you?

    I have heard before that you shouldnt have sex or ejaculate if your working out because you wont see any gains or very little....is this true?

    nope, and the process of ejaculation uses about 5g of protein from your body =O.

    If 5g of protein will inhibit growth...then someone needs to be eating more protein.

    It shouldnt have a significant effect on you if you eat the right amounts of protein.
    But I would avoid M-baiting twice or thrice daily in my opinion.

    Ejaculating is also very good for you in the sense it can effectively injuce and increase hormonal levels, and even prevent a type of cancer.

    However, mbaiting TOO much can potentially effect your sperm quality short or even long term.
