Hi all
Im new to the site and also lifting weights and i need some help.
Ive just bought some dumbels and a bench and need to find a workout plan,i plan to train 3 times a week,
My fitness rate i good so im planing on starting out training my body in sesions of 2 ,ie upper body one day and lower a couple of days later or mixing it about.
Could someone please help me out with a routine !
