    *Doesn't understand why so many people love leg day* At the moment, my Push day is my fave, mostly because of shoulders. Shoulders are my favorite body part to work out, probably only because I have a narrow natural shoulder width. Leg day is by far my least fave, and I wouldn't even do them if I wasn't such a perfectionist.

    I like all exercises, least fave would probably be abs though.

    I used to hate squats, but after 6-8 weeks of doing them I now enjoy leg day because they aren't as difficult as when I started.

    Oh my other favorite part of any exercise day is getting on the scales and seeing how much ive gained!
