This has more than likely been posted before but I just want to get an idea of your favourite exercises for the following; chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back, abs and legs!
Mine are -
Chest - Dumbbell bench press
Shoulders - Sitting Shoulder press (freestyle)
Biceps - Alternate Hammer Curl
Triceps - Skull Crushers
Back - Seated Cable Rows
Abs - Flat Bench Lying Leg Raise
Legs - Leg Press (machine)
And do you find that your favourite exercises are the most beneficial to you?

Chest - Bench
Back - Deadlifts
Shoulders - Military Press
Tris - Close-Grip
Bis - Barbell Curls
Legs - Squats

chest - barbell bench
shoulders - standing barbell press
back - deadlift, barbell rows
bi's - seated alternating db curl, standing bb curl
tri's - skullcrushers, close grip bench press
quads - squat
hams - straight legged deadlift
calves - have not found the answer yet***Canadian Crew***

Chest - Incline barbell bench press
Shoulders - Hang Power Cleans
Trapezius- Sitting dumbbell shrug
Biceps - Dumbbell Curls
Triceps - Skullcrushers
Abs - Weighted decline crunch
Legs - Squats
Back - Wide Grip Pull ups/Machine pulls
Calves- Donkey Calf Raises (serious, it's easy on my back and hit's them better)
Forearms- Barbell weight grips.:MiscMarioBrahs:.
