Would it be bad if I eat both Greek yogurt and cottage cheese before bed?

Choose the right brand of Greek yogurt.

I think Greek yogurt is a better choice, however, one must be very careful in choosing the brand. The brands such as Dannon, or Yoplat (which is made by Pepsi Cola) have many unwholesome things added and these giant corporations have a long history of behavior that they are not to be trusted. To get a complete list of brands that are no good look up who owns organic food companies. These manufacturers claim that they have to add sugars such as HFCS or artificial sweeteners to yogurt or the public will not accept the flavor. One brand I like is privately owned, not owned by Dannon or Activa and its only additive is live pro-biotic cultures. Without sugar or salt added it taste, at least to me, so good that I don't even want to know what sweetened Greek yogurt tastes like. I add ground flax seed and/or chia seed and cinnamon or I us it with raspberries and strawberries instead of syrup on my pancake recipe. On rare occasion I like cottage cheese for variety, but Greek yogurt from a legitimate maker is my favorite. The sodium is significant and the carrageenan in most cottage cheese and the yogurts made by the sleazier corporations is a possible issue.

Let the thread die already. The answer is IIFYM. But this thread is from 2009, then 2013, then one from 2014... Why bring it back to 2015?
Was 280+ at the beginning of 2019 (highest recorded weight is 290 on Dec 13, 2018).

Best bedtime snack to keep you full even when you wake up. this snack really decreased my sugar craving in the morning:

Mix Fruyo 0% Vanilla or Chobani plain greek with cottage cheese (100 grams of each) + 1 splenda + 5-8 grams of hershey unsweetened cocoa = Superfood that is so damn tasty and so healthy.

Smile Cottage Cheese v. Greek Yogurt

I just did a web search for this as I'm facing it lately. I think cottage cheese gives more energy/stamina/strength to me the next day, and I've chalked that up to the fact of needing to add sweets to the yogurt like maple syrup with berries. I can eat apple with cottage cheese and that's decent, low-calorie, and enough sweetness without added sugar or sugar substitutes. I like the taste of cottage cheese even by itself, too.

    I just had both.
Two servings of Cottage Cheese and one serving of Greek Yogurt.
It didn't cross my mind to... mix them up?

The evasive six year old question!
Cottage cheese all the way... Can't eat plain greek yogurt without adding something to sweeten it up. Never thought of mixing them, though... Will have to try tonight!
