Daymn! That's a beastly workout.
Love the end portion when sweat is just pouring off his cap, that's intense.

He does, but I remember an interview with him years back where he stated he tends to mix things up on a regular basis. So although he usually deads, on occasion he may not.
But as far as I recall, Branch seems pretty dead-centric as it were...

Can't see the video at work but if he is training at Metro Flex then their is no a/c or heat during the winter.

Not yet at least.
He's sweating like crazy. He probably drinks like 3 gallons of water a day.
I don't know why he's continually increasing his weights. His range of motion keeps going down each time he does.

If he was some skinny punk everyone would be making fun of him. But because he is Branch and a big mofo it works for him.
The more I see the pro's train the more I realize full ROM is BS.

he is a freak no doubt. He obviously knows how to make his back grow. 8-10 exercises might be overkill for an average lifter, but he is not average

Full ROM is really bad on your joints/ tendons its only necessary when you are training for a PL competition.

you are absolutely correct and absolutely incorrect at the same time, its all about mind muscle connection and no matter who you are you don't have much of any when you first start working out, so when a pro does it hes focusing on his specific muscle group, when a skinny little bastard does it, hes focusing on his ego.

exactly. mind muscle connection is all that matters.
and i noticed mine got a ****load better after doing alot of time under tension lifting .... ie, what gets criticized as "half rep bs" on here.
kai greene said earlier this year that after so many years of lifting, his mind muscle connection has gotten to a point where he can hit every part of his back and get an insane workout just from doing pull-ups.
