I know generally 6 weeks is a bit too early to see progress but I want some opinions.
After learning I have basically been doing Rows / Pulldowns incorrect for a year I changed up my form about 5-6 weeks ago.
FYI I have no clue how to pose so I just took a picture of my lats without flexing.
Any advice? Am I doing this stuff right?
Before TRYING to flex...
Am I starting to get a decent V taper? Feel free to be honest I am just started doing this stuff right... I think.
