For bulking I mean.
How can anyone (apart from 100lbers) gain weight from a low carb and high protein diet?
I'm 215lbs and find it hard to eat 4500lbs calories a day - a lot of which come from carbs.
No way can you get enough carbs from some chicken, whey shake, fish, tuna, cottage cheese, etc.
No way can you get the required calories from a low carb diet if you are 200lbs + and need 500-800 calories per meal.
how can you gain from it?

regardless of whether or not he's confused between bulking and cutting, i don't see how you drew the conclusion that it would be hard to get enough calories with low carbs high protein. You do know that protein and carbs have the same caloric value...right? (4 cals per gram)

nobody said cut out carbs like that, just concentrate them earlier in the day and especially before and after workouts (as long as workouts aren't late at night)

Not having hardly any carbs while bulking wouldnt be effective at all. You need carbs to digest and process protein properly.

Actually i heard of some people actually getting results from bulking on ckd but it takes discipline. I read it in the keto section or nutrition section i forget. People claim leaner gains but not many people advocate it.
Cutting
start 212lb
week 20 - 172.5lb
week 28 - 157lb
Hooly i lost over 12inches off my waist no wonder people called me fat.
