Creatine mono vs creatine ethyl ester
Basically what title says. Which is better and con vs pro on both of them. thanks I have mono but i've also heard ethyl ester is better and such. not sure which to get. Oh and what you think about mono and ethyl ester.

Theyre pretty much the same

CEE has been said to be absorbed better and you wont be bloated as much. imo its not really any better than mono, except it tastes like ****
