11 months progress pics
first pic is ~165lbs, started out at 150, got up to 190 at my heaviest, currently down to somewhat lean 178.
never took leg pics to start because when i first started it was all bench and curls, didnt start doing real leg exercises till novemberish.
most progression ive noticed: legs and back. legs are stronger and bigger, back is a lot wider. had almost no back when i started, i had an upside down V taper
i dont know what happened in 3rd pic with the lighting, something on the camera got changed by my sister and i didnt know what it was so it is an orange colour

Great progress man! Jeez, have you been dieting right the whole 11 months? No offence but I expected a lil' bit more for that amount of time.
Anyways, good job man keep at it. Looking good.
