Don't try this at home: No rest
I did. It seriously screwed me up. I'm used to having at least 1 day of rest per week. I did no such thing for a couple of weeks. Today was supposed to be chest/tricep day, which is something I look forward to. Sigh. Instead, I started crying in my car (on my way to the gym), and decided to turn around and drive home. Well, having a crabby day at work didn't help. But bottom line is that your body knows more than you do sometimes. It's good to listen to it, and learn to interpret the little signals.
I just woke up from a 2 hour nap. I feel a little guilty, but I feel refreshed, and that's helping right now.
