    How can I incorporate plyometrics into my routine?

    I would like to gain explosive power.. power for sports. Mainly something to make me more explosive, throw harder, jump higher, etc. I've been doing Ripps starting strength for a while and have made decent gains and gained some good muscle. Is there a way I can incorporate plyometrics into Rippetoe's program? Or is there a plyometric routine anybody can give me?

    I just want to get as strong an explosive as possible for sports.. lots of core strength. Thanks if you can help.

    Yeah mix your plyos into your sprinting drills. Do the plyos then sprint. Then more plyos then sprint. You get the idea. Have fun.

    Olympic lifts will make you explosive as hell. I don't do any plyos and my vert and sprint speed have been increasing like crazy. Clean and jerk + snatches.
