One working set

So is One working set of 8 reps enough to stimulate hypertrophy?

I'm about to switch to a full body routine and 1 set per exercise would help with recovery.

Bench press
incline press
shoulder press
pulldown
row
squat
skullcrusher drop set with cgbp
curl drop set with close grip hammer pulldown

(not in this order. Would be switched around depending on how I feel)

my recovery ability is crap so I would do 1 on and rest 4-6 days.
