How much carryover from box squats?

Go into a standard low bar squat? With both being done below parallel?

What specifically? Their BW? Limb length? Or are you just f--king with me?

I guess it's not imperative that I know, but I'm using box squats for 5/3/1 instead of free and I'm just curious.

Louie is talking about geared lifters.

There are a couple factors, like box height and stuff, but for a raw lifter, you could probably expect at least a 60-80 pound carryover.
