Exclamation How many grams of protein in a cooked Ounce of...

I have been doing some research but i can not find how many grams of protein in an ounce of any of the following cooked meats..

    Chicken?
    Beef?
    Pork?

The amino acid profile isnt the same in all proteins so I am wanting to know the exact amount of protein in a cooked meat.. I am dieting at the moment and it would be great to have a better idea/understanding of my calorie intake through these sources of protein

    thanks

Some resources that might help you get an estimate would be www.fitday.com or www.calorieking.com.

    thanks repped.. question

    http://www.calorieking.com/foods/cal...D02ODMxMg.html

chicken breast right.. i would take the amounts given is as a complete amino acid profile ?

for e.g. 8 oz chicken cooked skinless would be 70grams of protein.. would i need to subtract an amount for it not having a complete amino profile?

nutritiondata.com is also a very good site and has detailed graphical breakdowns of amino acid profiles, among other nutritional traits

of course not, the body is highly inefficient, but there is no way you can casually measure the difference and it wont make much of a difference anyways in terms of body comp
