    A little advice

I am looking for a supplement to burn some body fat. Here are my stats and what I am current on.

    Male, 203 lbs, medium build.
I am currently taking Protein, L-Glutemine, whole food multi-vitamin, creatine etheyl ester, joint supplement, milk thistle extract, T-bomb II

I will be finishing up my bottle of T-Bomb II in a week and want to cut up a little. I don't have a lot of fat except for my stomach. There is about an inch of fat that I need to get rid of. I use to drink a lot of beer, but 3 months ago I cut back to about 8-12 beers a week. I have lost some fat from other areas during the last 3-4 months of training. What supplement do you recommend that will not hamper my ability to continue to build muscle mass?

Beer is a lot of empty calories. Zero beers is better.

Having a lean body takes sacrifice.

What supplements have you used before, if any?

I've never taken any form of cutting, trimming or weight loss products.

What do you think of GNC's Amplified Muscle Igniter 4x?

I can do the No Beer, but when I start cutting out calories from meals is that going to reduce my muscle gains?
