Maximum load on Powertec P-LLA leg lift accessory

I'm wondering about the maximum load capacity of the Powertech P-LLA leg lift accessory. I've seen some sites claim 250 pounds maximum plate load. Can anyone confirm?

Also, do olympic plates fit (45cm diameter)?

I am not sure about the capacity, but i have one and I remember the 200lb limit, i may be off on this, the most i have had is 3 45's with no problem. It does fit olympic plates only.

Thanks man. Would it be possible for you to measure the length of the loading sleeve? I want to replace my current bench + leg option since it stops at 80kg (about 172 pound), so i need to know if I can go further using my olympic plates.
