    My 8 week progress

    Results: I've gained 25 pounds and have dropped my BF from 15 to 10-11 percent. I also take 5g of creatine a day and take roughly 15g of glutamine a day. In addition, I eat roughly 300-400g of carbs a day and take in roughly 180g of protein daily. I also take in 3000+ calories a day and eat 5-6 meals.

    My workout regiment is as follows:
    Day 1 biceps / back
    Day 2 shoulders / legs
    Day 3 chest / triceps
    Day 4 rest

    then repeat the cycle again

    Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am doing roughly 15-16 sets for the major muscle groups and roughly 12 sets for the smaller ones.

    Would love input on my progress.

    Really noticeable for 8 weeks. Good work.

    Nice diet. I recommend lower amount of reps / heavier amount of weight instead of the 8-12 you're doing.

    Nonetheless, keep at it.

    Thank you! I am doing roughly 12 sets but 8-12 reps per set for shoulders tri and biceps. By the end of the set I usually can't do another one. I've uped by bench about 65 pounds since I started as well.

    Hate to go off-topic but you're not 10-11% Bodyfat, it looks like it stayed around the same (this is a good sign though you're doing it right)

    Didn't bother looking at pics. In 1-2 months u can't expect to change much n if u did its probably from noob gains, gear, or going from bout 30%bf to 15% body fat. If u aint dedicated enough to wait for a year or 6months to post transformation pics don't bother lifting. Soon ppl gonna be posting 1 week progress pics

    My chest has some progress and my shoulders for sure! How would you say i'm doing for 8 weeks? My arms have grown about 2 inches

    Everybody knows that you grow the most in your first year of training.

    In 8 weeks to be honest you could have done better, but I've seen worse.

    8 weeks is nothing. Great work. There is very noticeable development in your arms and chest.

    I wouldn't do anymore than 40 reps per workout on any given exercise. I personally would do no more then 30.

    Anyhow it just seems useless to do an inane amount of reps. It doesn't take that long to stimulate any given muscle group.

    Yeah i usually do 8 reps for 3-4 sets depending on the exercise. I make sure the 8 reps are difficult as well
