Try and drink some juice or something to get your blood sugar up. When mine is down that can sometimes happen. Just relax for a while. It'll pass.

Pretty sure it's just your nervous system. Used to happen to me when I was overtraining and not getting enough sleep...and I wasn't eating enough...bad times bad times.
