Man, Ronnie's upper body from the front still looks crazy. Notice all the vascularity across his chest/shoulders. Wow.

lol first off thats myotape and she didnt attach the other end like ur supposed to.. so it adds +2 inches, 22 inches and 30.5 in quads is still pretty damn impressive if its true
and ROFL was that him who shouted YEAH BUDDAY after she said his arm size or was that someone in the crowd? thats hilarious

Ronnie is looking better and better as of late! His back is looking much better too. lol @ the haters who would say he had 21 inch arms.

Huh? you cant even tell from that angle? and if this was true, how do you know it would take 2 inches off? Ronnie is one of the biggest men to exist, its not hard to accept that he has 24 inch arms.

hes right, i have one of those things, the tape measure starts at 2" and you have to stick one end into the other to compensate for it

myotape actually shorts you nearly an inch.

me and my friends have tried damn near half a dozen of them and compared them to loose tape.

myotape isn't accurate. unless the 6 of us all got the only inaccurate myotapes in the world.

alot of pro arms are bigger than most people think, especially when theyre not on stage.

ever since some rumor started about arnold getting measured at 19.5 unpumped everyone automatically thinks 22 is the max. it's def not in the offseason.

I do find it questionable to accept that modern day Ronnie has arms over 2 inches bigger than he measured at at 305lbs in 2004.

just watched it. she failed miserably at using myotape. lol gave him 2 inches like bigchamp mentioned.

myotape, when used properly, still isn't accurate though.

Hm, well he was 305 pounds last week, though not contest shape. His right arm is still great though.

i have a bit of doubt, but offseason, fully pumped, maybe. remember that Ronnies arms were so freakily cut up and detailed they looked like the biggest ever...

y know that pic where Ronnie is pwning Gunter in the arms, absolutely DESTROYING him? but the arms aren't taking up any more 2 dimensional size in that shot. it's all detail and roundness of muscle.

Phil Heath looks like he has the biggest arms on stage, but its kind of illusory too. tiny joints, round bellies count for an awful lot.

more fat and less muscle at same weight usually equals somewhat smaller muscle measurements. but yeah, arms still great.

I said it before and i'll say it again if you watch ronnie at his all-time biggest in ''relentless" on arm day and say his arms aren't 24" you are either ignorant or blind perhaps both

i may be ignorant and blind.

i just question that Ronnie's that arms in his current condition at 305lbs are over 2 inches larger than what they measured at the same weight, with a lot more muscle and less fat on him, with a proper tape measure, in 2004.

i am also not ignorant and blind to the fact that bodybuilding has an element of theatrics in it where pros routinely exaggerate height, weight and measurements.

So forgive me for adding 2 and 2 together occasionally.

His right tri looked odd in the first couple of poses...like there was a part of it that was just BULGING...anyone notice that? Also he's starting to get weird spaghettie veins in his upper chest/trap area anyone notice that? He didnt always have those.

ronnie rarely measures bodyparts and he's an 8-time mr. o so I doubt he would lie. he stepped on the scale in his dvd that read 324.4 and he said that was his heaviest ever. That 2004 korea vid where his arms were 21.7" was when he was barely training as he is the biggest during the summer not in early april when that was taped

still the same weight as in the guest posing vid with way more muscle and less fat.

seriously doubt his arms are two inches bigger now, especially when those who use a myotape here can vouch for how inaccurate they are and how poorly yer one in the vid used it... doesn't seem to add up to any other conclusion than it was an inaccurate measurement.

In some positions you cant really see the bad arm. Its a shame about the injuries really. BUT he did what he wanted in life and did it like no other.

I know he isnt competing this year but I hope he stays on track for 2010...

his right arm was measured 23 inches by Jay Cutler for Flex magazine in February when they were training together!
