Casein Brownie possible?

This is a pretty specific question I know but I've tried UP 2.0 and Higher Power 100% Casein Protein in the type of recipe to make a brownie or whatever you want to call it.
With my whey I can make sludge and then microwave it for 45 seconds and it comes out a nice cake like substance. If I try this with either of these casein proteins it kind of bubbles for a bit and then dies leaving me with a semi liquified frothy hot mess instead of the delicious brownie type substance I wanted.
Anyone know a casein that works like this because I would much rather have something I can actually eat at night than a shake.
Thanks.

I was thinking about looking into maybe a Milk Protein isolate considering it would be 20% whey, maybe that would be a bit better? But then again UP was somewhere around 40% whey I think.

protein pudding and progurt

I have used Jello sugar free instant puddding with pretty good results . It works better if you let it set several hours to overnight . I mix up a batch and split the pudding into two containers and then add a scoop of protein to each container . Depending on mixibility , you might go with 3/4 or 1/2 scoop . I use whey protein for the pudding . Havent tried a cassein mix .

Amazon sells refurbished Quisnart (sp ??? ) frozen yogurt mixers . Just follow the instructions and add the protein at the start of mixing . The stuff tastes pretty good right after the 15 to 20 minute preparation .

I tried mixing some rice crispies , choc chips , peanut butter , cassein protein together and came out with these globs , which tasted ok , but not much better . I think Special K might also be an option .

I never use straight casein, but with a blend you can try:

1-2 scoops of Protein
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of Jell-o Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge pudding (optional)
1/3c of water

45-70 seconds in the microwave. (depends)

OR

1 scoop protein
1/3 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder
