Disrespectful people...
It's a beautiful Sunday morning. Got up early, cleaned my house, worked out and took a shower. My 2 eggs, Ezekiel bread (dry) and black coffee await my lips as I open up the windows.... and smell bacon cooking, with fried eggs and potatoes. I can smell the butter dripping off their white toast..... don't these people know I'm dieting down? No respect I tell ya! It's killing me.. ......

LMAO Nothing smells better than bacon sizzling in a skillet and a fresh pot of coffee! I'm sure the neighbor's breakfast aroma is not intentional torture! LOL

When I was cutting at the beginning of the year..... well, I work within 100 yards of a Burger King, and when they get that flame broiler going and the meat and fat smoke comes wafting over to the shop.... man it's almost more than I can stand, because Triple Whopper with cheese is one of my favorite cheat meals!

Yep, the in-laws are in town. They wanted home fries, applewood smoked bacon (Thick cut) and scrambled eggs with cheese. Seeing as how the wife can't cook, and the in-laws are on Vacation, I had to cook it.
As soon as I was done, and they were getting ready to eat, I headed to the gym.

I had ice cream and Coke for breakfast. Nestle Coffee Crisp ice cream and a 1 litre Coca-Cola. Couple hours later lean ground beef with Kraft Dinner.
A little while ago? A big bag of Scream Cheese Doritos and 2 591 mililitre Cokes.
Right now I'm just eating half of a seedless watermelon.
Last big cheat weekend before Project November.

I cook that 40% leaner bacon at home every other week. Everyone gets 3 strips and that's it. I like to cook home fries, maybe every other month I'll do a batch. Everything in moderation, that's the key. Once in a while splurge and enjoy it.

Why the heck would the out-laws expect that when they did not teach their daughter how to cook?!?!?!?!
You are too good!

The new gym I recently joined is in a small shopping center. On days when it's nice outside, they leave the double-wide front doors open to let cool air in (saves on the electric bill). Unfortunately there is a Pizza shop a couple of doors down. I train before I eat my lunch and that Pizza/Cheesesteak odor floating thru the gym is distracting.

Now that's breakfast! yum!!! I add a teaspoon of salsa on my eggs. It's only about 10 calories and makes them extra tasty!

Such temerity! They might as well come to your front door and slapped you across the face with your own Sunday paper! You should have marched over there and kicked the crap out of those people for committing this act of unmitigated gall!
