    Do you keep your compounds low rep in your routine?

    Do you keep your compounds in your routine high weight low reps? Or do you just do high reps of everything for hypertrophy?

    For fun, I had to put them to 4-6 rep range. Tried 5x10, was ****, and there's no noticeable difference in gains.

    I always aim for 6-8 max, but i'm starting to consider going a little heavy and just going for 5 reps.
