    Cottage cheese good before bed while cutting?

    I add some honey to it to improve the taste. Ive been told to not eat carbs after 6pm so thats why im asking.

    if it fits in the macros yes, personally I like cottage cheese as its low fat and high protein. Would skip the honey though on a cut personally.

    yes its very good, especially if your on a caloric deficit. You get fat from cals, not timing of carb intake.

    to make ir more tasty i personally get half a scoop of whey protein chocolate,vanilla..... and mix it in with nuts does the job for me

    if you have peanut butter in your macros then mix it with cottage cheese. I mix mine with PB, Milk, 0 calorie sweetener and cottage cheese. i blend them tho LoL I can't eat cottage cheese
