You have a solid lean build. As far as what can you work on? Tha all depends on what you want to look like? What are your goals?

Any thoughts on what I need to work on? Want to gain strength and symetry.

You appear to be very lean, and have an overall good build. From the pictures, it seems like you could use some work on your upper arms, upper chest, and deltoids. Try doing some real heavy compound excercises like bench, incline bench and military presses(3-6 reps) if you don't already. This will give you a rounder fuller shape when you hit a most muscular from the front. Back looks really good. Keep it up and good luck.

You definately have a good build...imo your chest is lagging behind the rest. Your back looks good though...keep up the hard work and good luck!

you're pretty well off right now.
id say the only things that may need improvements are the
traps
fill out the chest (front to back) more
and since you have a wide waist, your lats may need to be pulled out more.
best of luck to you. you look great!

I would agree with Jay...hit chest, and I would also say hit your lats more to...give you that much desired "V" shape. You look good though, keep it up...

Thanks for the feedback. Any particular lifts that will help to build up the lats? Wide waist?

You look in good shape. You can try focusing a little on your back and delts to get a wider look. I wish I would have been in that good a shape at your age. keep it up.
