    depletion workout quandry.

so i was curious what you peeps, maybe especially you ladies, do for your depletion workouts if you are doing a ckd.

since by friday afternoon when i do mine, i dont feel like being creative, ive been doing this:

our gym is set up with all the machines around the outer edge, sort of in order of body part. there is 16 or 17 of them. so i just go around 3 times, heavy sets of 10 at each machine. do you think thats ok?

depending on my energy levels, at the end of each loop i like to try and throw in a set of dead lifts or cleans or something. just curious if i was on the right track

That would do it. Ideally, a giant loop of compound lifts like squat, deads, bench, dips, pull-ups is recommended, but when you are depleted, I start to worry about injury, so sometimes I'll go for the machines instead.
