Hey everyone! Just thought I would put together a quick video of my transformation, just a range of picks from when I started to now.
My core lifts have improved immensely.
Squat:
40kgx8 - 85kgx8
Deadlift:
50kgx80 - 150kgx1
Benchpress:
40kgx1 - 80kgx6
Pullups:
1 Widegrip - 18 Widegrip.
Please tell me what I need to improve on. I take creatine and a multivitamin and I do Push/pull/legs routine.
