PWO shake: Carbs or No Carbs

I've read the stickies and see some differences of opinion. What the pros/cons. Will fat loss be stifled by these carbs, do they really help drive glycogen and amino's into the muscles?

Yes.

Fat loss will be slowed very little by adding a small amount of carbs postworkout. Just keep it to around 15 carbs to shuttle the nutrients into your muscles but not too many to really hamper your fat loss either.
