    One Year Transformation *pics*

    Taken July 20th or so of 2008. Weighing in at 170lbs, really no mass at all.

    After some cutting and working out. After a year, and within that year only 2 months of the year resulted in serouis lifting and dieting.

    In comparing you to dudes I've seen went from chunk/flab to fit, you did something wrong. Still alot of work to do but stick in there. Not bad, but not phenomenal either.

    Haha thanks guys. Im not sure if i want to bulk, i put on fat easily so im afraid to. But i deff will once winter hits i will clean bulk since i wont be riding my bike to the y (cardio). So yeah, not pulling in much ass because i dont hang out much. My usual day is wake up, ride dirtbike, get pumped for working out, ride to gym, workout, ride home, pwo shake, shower, sleep, repeat. Occasinly i hangout with people, but its not averavge of me.


    And yeah, i have decent traps, but i have bad posture so unless i pull my shoulders back, i got nothing. So currently im hitting my back hard

    Don't listen to this guy. You have obvious and huge improvement in your mid section. Everything else got bigger. You've only been working out for a year and you are pretty big for your age.

    Thanks, just got back from vacation. Ate **** and didn't exercise, surprisngly didn't gain any weight. But sure as hell would of been better if I had that week to exercise, because I'd be that much closer to my goals.
