Chicken Marinade and Olive Oil

How much extra fat would you assume I would be adding to 2lbs. of chicken by addings 1/4 cup olive oil to the water and dry mix? A lot of it is still in the bag after removing the chicken, and some cooks off, I would imagine. Any thoughts? Is it enough to be concerned about if I am trying to cut? Thank you.

2 tbsp of evoo has 120 cals and 14g of fat.

I wouldn't be concerned about fat content especially since most of the oil will just slide off the chicken and burn away towards preventing any stick.

Anyways, a serving of EVOO isn't bad for you. Fat is necessary for the diet.

Where did you get those measurements?

>90% of EVOO's are 1 tbsp serving for 120 cals, 14g fat.. (Which is a fairly close rough estimate for generalizing), Not 2.

are you doing keto? If yes, then dont even worth about the fat, just make sure you are in calorie range. Then you're good to go. If your not doing keto, still, its olive oil. Better than saturated fat.
