Messed up my diet, what should i do now?

Ok quick question. I just started a keto diet (well technichally). However, for the past two months I was dieting very poorly. It consisted of high protein a small amount of carbs (some fruit and tow slices of whole wheat bread) and no fat. As a result I platued on 14 percent body fat. (By the way, I preform Tae Kwon Do three days a week and lift on 5.)

If I enter into a keto diet now will it make a difference in my platue since my diet thus far had little carbs to start off with?

Would 20 percent protein, 70 percent fat and 6 percent carbs diet work?

    Sure,

your previous diet was not that low on carbs

and your ratios should work fine
