been away from bb.com for a few months!
logged on and im sick of seeing the same questions asked day in day out, does anyone know how to use the search button???
there is no quick fix to get huge or ripped, please stop looking for that magic pill
you can find all u want to know via the search so please, no more "whats the best for pre workout" etc cos theres 1000`s of answers in the search mode

Dear Mr zidanny,
