I know dawg, i've been throwing salylic acid on my back and it kinda clears it but like I said I want to get into the the Marines so I cant take anything prescribed by a dermatoligist.

Regardless of the acne I think my back and arms look pretty beast.

I cant pop pimples cause I cant reach my back, my back has been clearing up though, but its pretty scared up, in my new pick you can kinda tell its going away, but I'm going to get an actual lat spread pic up tommorow, and it wont look soo disgusting.

I'm 170-173 lbs and i can get 265 lbs for 2 reps but my back lifts a little off the bench. Not only do you a huge weight but the form is amazing in that video bro. GJDM

And op, sick lift too. Anyone putting up more than 3 plates on bench should be pretty happy

Nice... I remember first time I put 315 up too. Went up a lot easier than I thought. Lost motivation after that and went down to 265, now working my way back up.

Yeah its weird though for me getting these big numbers up which are milestones, they always come at unexpected times.

I just saw that bacne pic, pretty serious looking bro.

A good way to eliminate that stuff over the course of a couple months is to go buy a shower scrubber brush, and use dish soap. (srs)

It cuts skin oil and grease just like food grease. Try it out dude, you wont be dissapointed.
