I didnt expect to even put it up today, the way it went down was weird. I didnt go to the gym like I normally do, and I decided I'd make it to football, went in and screwed around on the bench, hit 275 easy, then touched 295, and finally got 315. Pretty crazy. All my max lifts come out like that, like when I dont expect to do it I hit it. Same kinda happened with 225.

I've been following a strength routine in Flex Magazine, and it pretty much made me stronger in everything, I'm shoulder pressing 245 now, squatting 400+ for reps, the routine I'm following is just kick ass.

nah its my routine, my friends been following it with me, he's 140lbs, and his bench shot up like crazy, went from 135, to 205 for reps, and he still weighs about the same. And he's shoulder pressing 185, and hitting 215 on decline for reps.
