Bioforge 9/10

So I'm on my last 2 weeks of Bioforge and so far I love it ... My libido is way way way up ... I cant go one night without having to bust one off. Ive only had sex once past 4 weeks but when I was with the girl I couldnt leave her alone till i finally got it.

Nice leaning recomp effect I havent even been hitting the gym that hard due to working overtime and other things first 3 weeks .. but my strength is the same .. leaning out ... today at gym I had one of the best workouts in a very long time and the past 3 or 4 workouts before today were amazing as well.

And overall very feel good alpha happy mood

Today i tried for first time 2 new exercise ..

1) Clean into shoulder press .. lock it out and than overhead squat .. back down to floor and repeat .. omggggg sickkkk ... did light weight bc first time only 95 lbs

2) zercher squats .. thats where the bar is in the crook of your elbow .. omg sick went light again 95 up to 135 .. works the core sooooo good.

Amazinngggggg ... Pumpkin supreme is heaven .. Profile is the best out of any bar hands down. Healthy fat, Complex Carbs, Good Protein Source, no sugar alcohols and only 7 grams sugar overall.

I have 1 a day minimum .. every single day .. sometimes 2

no prob .. they get addicting though be careful haha. I go through at least 3 boxes a month 60 to 80 bucks a month id say on Zero Impact Bars.

But to me its worth it .. its food .. cant go wrong with food. I don't spend my money on fast food ever ever ever, dont even go out to eat ever really so I treat myself to 1 to 2 bars a day haha.

Meal 1 is always 4 eggs, 2 wheat bread, 1 slice cheese @ 6:45 am
Meal 2 is always Zero Impact Protein bar + Apple @ 9:00 am

How is that a good review? Because he was horny? He is 26 and has only been with a women once in 4 weeks of course he is horny.

He has been leaning out, but he has been working over time for the last 3 weeks, so he probably has missed some meals. Training has been spotty the last 3 weeks, and strength stayed the same. Why shouldn't it? If you don't train for a week does your lifts suddenly drop 20%?

Then he tries some Xfit workout for the first time so he has nothing to base anything on.

I think his review of Bioforge Sucks, because it does not tell me anything.

well that is true about once in 4 weeks .. but I'm definitely getting erections through out the day a lotttttttttt more often than normal. And its been spotty for past year bc been single about a year and I def wasn't getting random woods at work like I am now.

No Diet has been the same .. I eat the same thing pretty much every day .. My job even when I'm working overtime I can eat whenever I want. I eat every 2 to 3 hours regardless if I'm there 8 hours or 10. I Bring food to my job, store in fridge, along with boxes of protein bars, fruit and veggies in freezer haha.

And the great mood and well being is def evident. I just feel good on it. Sorry you don't like the review .. btw I have tried test boosters in the past and this is the only one Ive purchased again after cycle. I ordered 4 more bottles ... I like it plain and simple

The taste is wayyyyyyyy too good, at gym i normally go through my xtend slowely having to gulp the last bit at end before i leave gym so i can fill up with water and have my shake in the car with dextrose....

Today i almost finished it all half way through damnit .. I wanted to keep drinking it .. had to stop myself and limit to small sipss .. god damnit haha
