bsn tru mass - at 146 lb. helpful?

hey guys so I am currently 146, I lost about 9 pounds in about a year.

I used supplements in the beginning of 2008 but none seemed to work with me, then I finally got down on a diet and had a real work out plan.

Saw results within a week and since then for about 2 months I have been doing really well, basically after couple years of lifting I am finally getting it right but I havent been using any supplments lately.

Just today I bought BSN TRUE MASS, reason being I wanted to get some protein as a supplement but I remembered I liked the taste of bsn true mass so I just picked it up.

I have a pretty slow metabolism and honestly I have no problem gaining weight,
so if I keep up a good 4 times a week work out "lifting heavier" now would this bsn
true mass help me out? or was it designed more for folks who have a hard time gaining weight?

as in will I end up getting like fat? muscle? or would I be able to pick up lean muscle
while intaking such a high calorie shake?

Lift hard, eat clean and use Tru Mass in conjuction with a multi, fish oil and creatine and you will be fine!
