I've been travelling for the past month, while on the road I tried to keep my calorie intake within daily needs. When I got back, I found I lost 2 pounds of weight but felt very weak while lifting weight. I guess I must have lost a lot of muscle.
so my question is this: how to do I keep muscles while cutting? Do I have to lift weights regularly to maintain muscles mass?
