    How to become more flexible?

    I have a hard time doing a lot of my stretches before a game, how can i get more flexible? stretch more? different type stretches? I Don't know. Could someone please give me some help?

    Do what I do, stretch every morning right when you get up.

    Do hamstring stretches, arm stretches, literally stretch your whole body. My stretching takes up 20 minutes of my time, but helps alot.
