Is Syntha 6 worth it?

i have heard alot of good things about Syntha 6 as well as some neg things. i will be starting on Cytogainer soon just PWO two and a half to three scoops. i was wondering if it is worth it to get Syntha 6 for just night time use before bed one scoop?

trying to gain weight..im at 130 now trying to hit 150

i use it before bed personally. it tastes good and pretty sure its good quality

no its not best for night time use because it mostly has whey protein.

Syntha-6 so far is best tasting protein I've had so far and so far I've had...ON 100% gold, myofusion, allmax. I usually take it inbetween a meal that isn't before bed or pre-workout meal.

syntha-6 is great, i'd say its ok before bed, because it's a blend and has 2 different kinds of casein in it, but your better off just getting a plain casein and not a blend

Great for bulking. Mix 2 scoops with milk and some pb and you got yourself a shake with close to 700 cals. I put on some weight with it. Granted it wasn't the best weight but weight nonetheless.
