New stack

I just received my green mag, purple wrath, and some bulk beta alanine (this came unexpectantly). What is the best way to take these products on on-days and off-days. Currently working out Mon Wed Fri one body part per week plus about 1 1/2 hours of cardio a week.

I would assume on on-days green mag before and wrath during/after. When should I throw in the beta or should I?

What about off-days?

On Days sound right. Add in another dose of BA (1.6 or so grams) in the morning/away from your workout.

On off days just do 2 doses of beta-alanine (1.6 grams each) and a dose of GreenMag.
