Is this normal?

I am on the 5th day of Keto - and I am feeling constantly tired!! and when I did some Cardio yesterday and tuesday I sweated way more than usual! also I find it hard to sleep at night even though I am tired!! I am hoping this is a sign which is normal when first starting Keto

Im on day 5 and I am feeling really tired too....I don't know about the sleeping thing though...Ive been sleeping like a plank of wood the last few days..

Also with the sweating I can sort of agree on...I havent worked out yet since Ive started Keto, but I find myself always feeling quite warm and hot.

It's normal. Your eyes feel really tired like you've been up all night studying but yet you don't sleep long. lol...You're in ketosis.

the tiredness is normal the first week or so, then you should feel alot better. Ive never noticed not being able to sleep, that could have soemthing to do with limiting calories too much or your body reacting to the new diet. cause can usually sleep alot easier on keto.

It will go away. I've had no keto side effects this week other than hitting the bathroom a lot.
