i work out my chest 3-4 times a week. its the only thing im working out lately......and i've gained a half inch in 2 and a half weeks.
just sayin'.....i think 'overtraining' is nonsense. my chest repairs itself usually after 48 hours.

i just do heavy volume,
i started out doing a HEAVY VOLUME routine, squats, deads, bench, etc. did hta tfor 4 weeks increased my squat 30 lbs, DL 50, and bench 25 then im doing my one body part thing i've always done.
i have jacked shoulders/legs/lower back/obliques so i never work them out, i'll do chest for a month, then back for a month, then i'll finish off with traps nad forearms or something and i'll be fine. dead serious too lol lol

gjdm, i'm literally hitting my chest 3-4 times a week, and doing cardio/abs 4-5 times a week. like i said for the twentieth time, i think bb is a myth. soccer players have bigger legs then bodybuilders (for the most part) and all they do is run and kick balls. no protein, just constant reptition on the legs.

yeah brother, dudes should always dlo this. my shoulders have probably lost maybe an inch in size in the past year. my legs have lost a couple inches in the past couple years but they're still huge, lower back stayed the same. i'm just going to keep wroking on my lagging body parts. maybe i'll add in a chest/back day soon dunno, but this ****s working for me.
