This isn't going to be the most informative log out there, or the most respected, or the most hilarious or anything of the sorts, because I'll probably forget to update it by the minute..I mean, for christsakes my name is TommyTuffGuy on here and my name isn't TOMMY!!
So bear with me, just a place to jot down my thoughts on the supplement stack I'm running and looking to cut a good 5-10lbs, then maybe more if I see such progress.
My current stats are:
5'10
about 210lbs, want to get down to 190 for SURE but 200 will do for progress.
Full body (varied) workouts 2 to 3 times a week
Cardio is done almost everyday, 30-40 mins per session.
Diet is going to be clean, fish, tuna, chicken, nuts, protein shakes, bars, veggies, natural PB, whole wheat bread/pasta etc etc. Lots of water. Lots.
Supplements:
Animal Cuts version 2 (2 paks a day-although they seem to be calling them PACKS now)
SAN Myotest (running 4 caps a day)
RPN Alphaburn (second bottle, mostly for libido..2 a day)
Other supplements include Orange Tried, 6 caps fish oils, extra vitamin D, C.
Dosed the Animal Cuts yesterday and today before cardio. Like the cognitive effects, energy was good (wasn't expecting SLIM XTREME here) and sweating was noticably up.
Tomorrow will be day 2 officially on this stack, looking forward to some good progress!
